Were looking for a Corporate Travel Account Manager to join a leading travel management business and play a pivotal role in nurturing long-term client relationships, driving program success, and delivering outstanding service.This is your opportunity to work with a diverse client portfolio, contribute to strategic travel solutions, and be part of a supportive, high-performing team.What Youll Be DoingManage a portfolio of corporate accounts, with a focus on retention and organic growthAct as a key point of contact for clients, building strong, multi-level relationshipsProvide tailored travel program reporting, analysis, and recommendationsIdentify cost-saving opportunities through policy review and supplier optimisationLead client reviews and consult on travel trends, best practices, and risk managementWork closely with internal teams (sales, operations, implementation) to ensure a seamless serviceNegotiate with suppliers to maximise value and deliver strategic outcomesEnsure accurate reporting and maintain client data using CRM platforms (e.g. Salesforce)What Were Looking For Minimum 2 years of experience in corporate travel account management Strong client relationship and stakeholder management skills Strategic mindset with strong commercial and analytical thinking Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines Proficient with Microsoft Office and ideally familiar with Salesforce Knowledge of travel industry systems, suppliers, and policies A team player who thrives in a dynamic, client-focused environmentWhy Youll Love It Competitive salary of $90K + super + bonus Hybrid working model (WFH & Sydney-based office) Career development and training opportunities Collaborative, friendly, and inclusive work environment Employee perks and Travel DiscountsLets Talk!Ready to elevate your corporate travel career?
