We are a market leading Safe Harbour advisory practice with ASX listed clients.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Immediate client facing roleReport directly to the partner in a growing officeExposure to a wide range of corporate insolvency matters and advisory transaction rolesPrepare reports to external stakeholders, lead investigations and legal engagementsBusiness management responsibility: opportunity to develop an office, staff, and practice with fast progressionSignificant network and business development opportunitiesREQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:4-5+ years experience in insolvency in AustraliaStrong insolvency technical knowledgeProficient presentation and communication skillsExperience managing staffAbility to diagnose and problem solve to develop options or solutions for clientsExposure to informal turnaround or restructuring engagementsPrior insolvency experience across a range of formal corporate appointmentsStrong financial and analytical skillsAn ability to work closely with senior team members and clients #J-18808-Ljbffr
