The position is responsible for leading the planning, development and implementation of a strong student leadership program including but not limited to Student Groups, Clubs and Societies and Student Senate, for students across all campuses, and online.You will:d evelop, implement, monitor and evaluate programs and systems to improve student opportunities;manage and support staff under your supervision;work with key stakeholders to identify and promote student leadership programs and opportunities; andcoordinate and support the establishment, development and management of activities of student groups, clubs and societies.About youReporting to the Manager, Partnerships and Engagement, you will possess demonstrated innovation and problem solving skills, with the ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders.You will possess:skills in marketing and promotion of events and activities;demonstrated analytical skills, experience preparing reports and recommendations; andability to work independently and in a team environment.All University positions delivering education and/or services to children must hold a valid Working With Children Check (WWCC).
