You will be responsible for driving performance by achieving budgets and executing plans in line with business objectives.Key responsibilities:Hands-on leadership and accountability for your team, including supervision and performance evaluations.Creating an environment conducive to high customer service standards.Driving sales to meet targets and budgets.Product procurement and developing quality food and beverage offerings.Controlling operational costs.Ensuring compliance with regulatory and company standards.Participating in group management, marketing, and finance projects.Planning and forecasting for local events and functions.The successful applicant will:Have relevant hospitality management experience.Possess a strong understanding of the hotel industry, market trends, customer service standards, and ways to exceed them.Be able to engage with and build relationships with regular clientele.Have strong business acumen.Maintain a professional manner and appearance.Be available weekends and nights.Lead by example.Hold valid certificates and licenses RSA, RSG, Gaming Nominee, and RMLV with Approved Managers.Please include a cover letter with your application.
