We aim to elevate hearing care on the healthcare agenda and improve the quality of life for people with hearing loss.ResponsibilitiesWe are seeking a self-motivated, customer-centric individual for the role of Clinic Co-Ordinator at Audika Chatswood Clinic on a part-time basis (Tuesday to Friday, 9am-5pm). This role is perfect for you.This pivotal role in each clinic contributes to performance and enhances customer experience. We seek a compassionate, process-oriented, and purpose-driven individual with excellent organizational and customer service skills to help more people access better hearing.You will collaborate with Clinicians and Hearing Technicians (where applicable) to deliver quality hearing healthcare outcomes for all clients.You will gain knowledge about our products, services, competitive advantages, and government funding programs.
