Specifically, some of the tasks include:Assist the Senior or Supervisor as requested in programming field work and establishing files, contributing suggestions as appropriate;Develop an understanding of sampling concepts, assist in selecting items for audit testing, and complete work as instructed on appropriate sections;Understand corporate and financial reporting requirements; andProvide high-level client service, including following through with commitments and understanding the clients business and environment.RequirementsThis is an entry-level role, and previous work experience is not required.To be considered, you must have completed your university studies before December 2025, with a degree majoring in accounting that qualifies you for the CA program.You must also be an Australian citizen or have Permanent Residency status.Additionally, you will:Be driven and eager to learn;Be an enthusiastic team player;Have excellent social and communication skills, both verbal and written;Maintain a professional appearance and approach;Be organized and responsible;Possess a positive, helpful, and solution-oriented mindset;Be enthusiastic about succeeding and developing your career; andHave good technical aptitude, attention to detail, and a solid understanding of numbers.About usNexia Sydney is one of Australia''s leading chartered accountancy firms with global links to Nexia International.
