Summary Performs all phlebotomy duties, coordinates staffing, scheduling, and maintains attendance records. Assists in workflow management, employee onboarding, training, and performance appraisals. Resolves nursing/patient/customer service issues, troubleshoots IT, registration, sample integrity, and performs blood collection procedures, specimen handling, and technical support to technologists. Minimum Qualifications Education: High School diploma or GED Experience: 2 years of phlebotomy, preferably in a physician office or patient service center with leadership experience Certifications: Phlebotomy or Medical Assistant certification preferred Other: Ability to travel between locations Skills: Effective communication, time management, leadership, teamwork, LIS software proficiency, knowledge of medical terminology Physical Demands: Medium exertion (20-50 pounds occasionally, 10-25 pounds frequently) Equal Opportunity Employer/Veterans/Disabled Salary: $20.31/hr - $24.37/hr, based on experience and location.
