These roles are a mix of Mid to Lead positions, and we are looking for a range of T-shaped designers that have that end-to-end capability with strong strategic and stakeholder management experience.Your skills and experienceYou are an enthusiastic problem-solver with excellent visualisation skillsYou''re good at driving the end-to-end design processes, from discovery to delivery, ensuring solutions are grounded in customer insights and business goals; collaborating closely with Product, Engineering, Content, Legal and Accessibility stakeholders and leaders to bring stakeholders on the journey; capable of designing with a system thinking mindset for both digital and non-digital customer touch pointsYou are comfortable designing across web, responsive mobile and native apps.You create smart wireframes, functional prototypes, and delightful high-fidelity designs, maintaining consistency with our design system, advocating for best-in-class design principles and quality.Recognizing aesthetic and visual design, knowing the difference between good and great workExperience in Agile and experimentationGood stakeholder management and influencing skillsSound commercial acumen and strong communication skillWhere will you go?If you live the values and demonstrate the people and digital capabilities we can offer great opportunities for progression.
