Its about feeling supported in your health, connected with your community and empowered to live life on your terms.Your New Role Looks Like This:Were looking for a Portfolio Analyst with sharp analytical skills and a passion for making a difference through impactful investments in essential community assets.In this diverse and hands-on role, youll support end-to-end investment and portfolio management activities that optimise returns for equity investors across our social infrastructure funds. Youll work closely with both internal teams and external partners, gaining exposure to capital markets, acquisitions, and strategic portfolio initiatives.What Youll Be DoingSource & Evaluate New Investments: Identify, screen, and assess acquisitions, developments, and investment opportunities. Lead commercial negotiations and coordinate due diligence with external consultants.Market & Opportunity Analysis: Conduct in-depth macro and micro research to uncover emerging trends and inform strategic investment decisions.Portfolio & Financial Modelling: Build and maintain financial models to assess income, cash flows, capex, and ESG outcomes. Conduct sensitivity analyses to evaluate potential risks and returns.Fund Forecasting & Reporting: Collaborate with Fund Management and partners on annual budgets, quarterly reforecasts, and investor reporting.Performance Monitoring: Track fund and asset performance against targets, analyse variances, and recommend action where needed.Strategic Scenario Planning: Support feasibility studies and scenario modelling for acquisitions, disposals, developments, and capital structuring.Investor & Capital Engagement: Assist with presentations and reporting for both equity and debt investors, playing a key role in relationship management.Debt & Treasury Support: Manage debt facility obligations, covenant compliance, interest rate hedging strategies, and assist with refinancing activities.Fund Compliance & Governance: Ensure ongoing adherence to governance and compliance requirements across the portfolio.About You:Tertiary qualification in Property, Business or Finance, including, but not limited to a preference for a CA, CPA or CFA qualificationExtremely strong property or commercial funds management industry experience in either single sector disciplines or across industry experience (listed or unlisted)Strong analytical experience (including property analytics)Financial acumen, in particular strong accounting and mathematical skillsAdvanced computer skills, particularly Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and potentially MRIExperience in stakeholder management with the ability to develop effective relationships highly preferableAbility to work autonomously, yet adaptable within a team environment to ensure timeframes and deadlines are metStrong communication skills with the ability to liaise with all levels of management and develop effective relationships with external liaisons and peersMotivated self-started, driven and solution oriented with demonstrated initiative in completing tasks to tight deadlines and the flexibility to handle changing prioritiesWhats on Offer:You will enjoy a range of great employee benefits and rewards including:Competitive salary + bonus programEnjoy additional yearly Well-Being and Community leave days14-week paid parental leave, with equal benefit for both parents PLUS our Bump to BabyEmployee Referral ProgramEmployee Assistance Program support and assistance for you and your partner at those times in life when you need it mostMaxxia Rewards -
