At Converse, its about each person bringing skills and passion to a challenging and constantly evolving world to make things better as a team.The RoleReporting to the ANZ Retail Marketing Manager; retail and wholesale, you will assist across all retail marketing functions in Australia and New Zealand, with a focus on production, communication, visual merchandising as well as marketing administration, reporting and operations. This role is a Full Time 6-month contract maternity position.Specifically, this role will include, but is not limited to:Assist in managing end-to-end activity for all DTC retail campaigns including briefing, production, guidelines, execution and reporting.Ensure DTC stores are facilitated with all required marketing needs on a day-to-day basisEngage centre marketing to promote DTC retail destinations, product launches & promotional activity.Train, review and update retail DTC teams on visual merchandising guidelines to ensure alignment with brand expectationsArrange and execute Wholesale accounts marketing campaignsCollation and distribution of all seasonal marketing assets to Wholesale PartnersMaintain strong and effective relationships with internal and external stakeholdersPreparation of marketing decks for sales, product and marketing purposesAbout YouThe successful candidate should possess the following experience:A degree in a marketing related field preferredVisual Merchandising experience in streetwear or fashion preferredIntermediate experience in Microsoft applications including Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint essentialExperience in print and retail production preferredStrong knowledge and understanding of the footwear and streetwear retail environment and culture.Excellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong organisation skills and ability to work within a teamWhy Us?Say goodbye to the city commute!
