Holmesglen Private Hospital welcomes applications for a Allied Health Manager to join our dynamic Allied Health team on a permanent full-time basis.As the Allied Health Manager your responsibilities will include:Providing leadership and direction to the Allied Health teamEnsuring high quality clinical care is provided to our patientsFacilitating service improvement and identifying opportunities for program developmentManaging resources efficiently to compliment the strategic direction of the hospitalAbout UsHolmesglen Private Hospital is a comprehensive 147 beds acute private hospital. Our hospital offers highly specialised services including an emergency department, advanced coronary care, cardiothoracic, orthopaedic and general surgery. These services are supported by a 6-bed intensive care unit, 9-bed acute coronary care unit and 7 operating theatres.Selection Criteria:Current AHPRA registration in an Allied Health SpecialityPossess extensive and consolidated experience in ManagementHigh Level customer service and relationship skillsDemonstrated effective problem solving and conflict resolution skillsBe innovative and adaptive to changeHave high level capacity to problem solve and innovate to support Hospitals strategic planPost graduate qualification in Management or Clinical specialty desirableWhy Healthscope?When you join Healthscope, you become part of our Community of Care.
