You will be accountable for IT Operations as well as Information and Cyber Security at Nandos and be responsible for the operation and security of all third-party and internally managed IT infrastructure and applications such as Point of Sale, Inventory Management, Production Management, Kitchen Management and Labour Scheduling.Your mission? To partner with the business to understand how the business operates, what the drivers and issues are and how this can be translated into a clear roadmap to manage day-to-day relationships and strategic demands.What Youll Be DoingLead the development of the I&O service strategy and technical roadmap and its integrationSupport restaurants and enable our Digital Transformation initiativesSecure data confidentiality, integrity, and availability and protect our software, hardware, and online technology from malicious activity within cyberspace.Ensure cost-effective delivery of IT services with the agility required to address changing business priorities.Define, develop and manage a comprehensive and integrated ITSM landscape, based on best-practice processes, disciplines and related toolsets.Maintain currency on new technologies and platforms and provide direction on what emerging technologies should be assimilated, integrated and introduced.Provide strategic direction and oversight for the design, development, operation and support of IT systemsDevelop and implement secure processes and systems used to prevent, detect, mitigate, and recover from cyberattacksEducate and managing technology risk and build our cybersecurity strategy and frameworkWhat Youll BringDegree in computer science, information systems, business administration or related fieldCISM - Certified Information Security Manager or equivalent experienceExperience in leading and managing teamsStrong stakeholder management and communication skills to connect, guide, and influence at all levels.Significant IT experience in a similar role, ideally in the retail or food service industryDeep understanding of current and emerging I&O, Information and Cyber Security technologies and practices and how to employ themA collaborative, positive attitude and a spark of entrepreneurial spirit to develop and implement pro-active IT strategiesFlexibility in approach to pivot where needed to lead the I&O team whilst providing hands on assistance in running the technology that enables the business.A team mindset and a love for our values: Pride, Passion, Courage, Integrity, and Family.The Boring (but Important) StuffThis is a 2 year contract, based in Melbourne, from our state-of-the-art purpose built office on hybrid basis.
