The role involves supporting campus recruiters and managers throughout the recruitment cycle to attract top student talent. Flexibility options may be available; please discuss with us.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport all facets of the recruitment process, including programs, initiatives, and events.Prepare for recruitment events: manage registrations, coordinate logistics, set up virtual and face-to-face sessions, and handle event materials.Communicate with candidates and stakeholders, distribute marketing materials, and promote events.Manage candidate documentation, conduct right-to-work verifications, and handle candidate adjustments and accommodations.Attend recruitment events onsite and virtually, screen applications, and ensure high candidate care standards.Candidate ProfileTo be successful, you should be a confident communicator with excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. Experience in campus or student recruitment, high-volume support roles, or marketing is preferred but not essential.
