Youll be hands-on across all areas of store operations, from coaching and customer service to stock and styling. This is the perfect step for someone ready to take their leadership skills to the next level within a premium, purpose-led brand.Key Responsibilities IncludeSupporting daily store operations and decision-makingAssisting in team leadership, coaching, and performance managementDelivering a consistently exceptional customer experienceDriving store KPIs and sales performanceAssisting with stock control, visual merchandising, and rosteringActing as Store Manager when requiredDesired Skills And ExperienceWho You AreYoure an experienced retail team member or supervisor with a love for people, product, and premium service.
