Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience talk with your recruiter to learn more.Working with large-scale renewable energy companies who deliver large infrastructure projects, with expertise in design, construction, and maintenance. They work alongside clients who are across electricity utilities, infrastructure, and renewable developers.About the RoleWe are seeking a skilled Electrical Site Supervisor responsible for planning, leading, and managing allocated project activities on-site to ensure project objectives and targets are achieved. This role requires a strong focus on safety, quality, and efficiency.ResponsibilitiesKnowledge of HV electrical substation projects methodologies and the integration of this into the planning and execution phases of the project, preferably in utility-scale renewables or substation construction.Current trade or tertiary qualification in electrical.Experience of delivering HV substations.Plan, monitor, and report on on-site construction activities.Manage resources, health and safety, environment, productivity, schedule adherence, and quality of work.Promote a safe working culture and ensure compliance with health and safety policies.Ensure contractors meet scope, quality, legislative, regulatory, and contractual obligations.Ensure work activities comply with company policies, practices, processes, and standards.Identify, manage, and control project-related risks.Develop and maintain relationships with designers, engineers, subcontractors, suppliers, and customers.Manage client representatives on-site.Lead and manage work crews to achieve project outcomes.Provide estimates and prepare construction methodologies.QualificationsCurrent trade or tertiary qualification in electrical.Required SkillsKnowledge of HV electrical substation projects methodologies.Experience of delivering HV substations.Ability to manage resources and ensure compliance with health and safety policies.Preferred SkillsExperience in utility-scale renewables or substation construction.Pay range and compensation packageWorking for a large organisation which has a large pipeline of interesting projects across the renewable sector.
