We have an exciting opportunity for an HSE Administrator to join our team at our Collie Office. In this role, you will support the delivery of a safe and environmentally responsible workplace, working closely with the project team to uphold HSE standards. Your Key Responsibilities Manage HSE systems, quality management control, and compliance requirements. Set up and maintain HSE files and folder structures, ensuring proper record management and archiving obsolete files. Follow up on missing entries such as minutes, attendance registers, crane lift studies. Prepare and collate data for daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports. Prepare HSE meeting agendas, take minutes, and maintain records. Enter data into Cardinals internal and client databases. Develop site notices and relevant HSE documentation. Manage and maintain HSE registers. Produce KPI participation reports. Support HSE Manager in field safety audits. What You Can Do Attain or be willing to attain relevant HSEQ qualifications. Demonstrated experience in a similar role within the construction or resources industries. Strong relationship building and networking skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Quality document control management (desirable). Proficiency with modern IT applications including Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook. How do your skills match this job?
