We work alongside the people we support, their family and/or caregivers, allied health professionals and other community groups to deliver a high-quality service.We are looking for an experienced and passionate leader to provide support to the Support Worker team to ensure high quality service delivery that aligns with participant goals and outcomes. In this role, you will take an active role in rostering, planning for and arranging personal and annual leave cover. You will participate in recruitment, induction and training of Support Workers to ensure they are well equipped to deliver support to participants. In addition, you will work with the Area Coordinator to ensure exceptional person-centered service delivery that complies to all relevant standards and regulations and reflects the strategic direction of Anglicare WA.This is a part time role (22.5 hours per week), working Monday - Fridays. There will also be a requirement to be available for additional hours during the week for Support Worker shift coverage.Desired Skills and ExperienceAbout youYou will have a good understanding of person-centered practice and are passionate about supporting people with a disability.
