We are committed to ethical storytelling, cultural integrity, and respectful collaboration.Role OverviewWe are seeking a skilled and passionate E-commerce & Online Sales Specialist to help us grow our digital presence and drive online sales. You will be responsible for the end-to-end management of our e-commerce strategy, including website optimisation, digital marketing, SEO/SEM, analytics, and conversion optimisation.Beyond online sales, this role involves offline business development to expand market reach and forge strategic partnerships. You will engage retail distributors, corporate buyers, and tourism operators, attending industry events and securing wholesale agreements. Experience with digital sales tools: Shopify, WooCommerce, Klaviyo, Mailchimp, Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager.Understanding of UX/UI, SEO, conversion rate optimisation. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with cultural sensitivity and respect.
