In this role, you''ll oversee campaign development, brand identity, and design execution across all retail, e-commerce, and wholesale channelsensuring every customer touchpoint is inspiring, consistent, and on-brandLead the creative excellence of both Seafolly and Jets by developing a collaborative culture which inspires brilliant creative execution in all marketing channels and continually evolves the brands to engage and inspire customers to purchase Seafolly & Jets.We offer:Amazing employee discounts 50% off full-priced product and incredible sample salesGreat work culture in a passionate team environmentPaid parental leaveBonus birthday day off!Sonder - 24/7 access to mental health and safety platformOngoing career progression plansKey Responsibilities:Campaigns & Photoshoots (50%)Lead end-to-end creative development for shoots and campaignsManage production, scheduling, budgets, and final asset deliveryCollaborate with photographers/videographers to deliver high-impact contentEnsure alignment with business goals and brand identityCreative & Design Oversight (30%)Direct and support the design team across all sales channelsMaintain high creative standards and timely asset deliveryTranslate briefs into compelling visual contentStay ahead of trends and push for continuous innovationBrand Guidelines & Style Direction (20%)Maintain and evolve brand guidelines and seasonal style guidesEnsure visual consistency across all internal and external assetsPartner with Marketing to shape brand codes and creative processesWhat You Bring:Proven experience as an Art Director or Senior Graphic Designer (fashion experience preferred)Excellent people, time and project management skills.An ability to multitask and preform under tight deadlines.Strong management skills required to foster and support Senior to Junior level creatives.Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud.Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work well with a wide range of internal and external stakeholder.Demonstrated ability to utilise feedback/direction from Head of Marketing to generate multiple design explorations.About us:Seafolly was born on the beaches of Bondi in 1975 and has since gone on to become one of the worlds most iconic swimwear brands.
