We are a group of friendly clinicians who love what we do, and we are committed to supporting your professional growth in an encouraging and dynamic environment.With light filled offices and all day parking, we can offer you flexible hours to help you avoid the traffic, as well aswork from home hoursfor telehealth consultations, providing the ultimate work-life balance.About the RolesWe have the following positions available:1 x Senior Psychologistfor aTeam Leader Positionat our Ivanhoe clinic (3-4 days, Permanent Part Time position)1 x Psychologistfor our Mornington clinic (1 - 3 days available, contractor position)For the first time, we are seeking a Psychologist with Eating Disorder experience for a Team Leader role at our Ivanhoe practice. This is your opportunity to lead a dedicated team of psychologists at a leading and reputable Eating Disorders clinic.You will take on an exciting leadership role, guiding our team members with your expertise and wisdom, through supportive clinical supervision and informal leadership.You will have the opportunity to balance the leadership responsibilities with your own case load, and also to mentor and train students and new graduate clinicians.The workload will be stimulating and diversified, with the chance to develop workshops, group programs, resources and training materials.As a team leader, you will be an integral part of the management team for the company as a whole, and have crucial input into the processes, operations and decision making for the clinic.We are seeking a passionate psychologist to join our Mornington Peninsula based clinic.At our practice, youll have the opportunity to help people create transformative changes in their relationship with food, exercise and their body.You will be fully supported to develop your skills as an eating disorder clinician. We provide free professional development activities, clinical resources and in-house group supervision sessions.We have a finely tuned intake process which includes a thorough medical screen for all new clients. This means that youll always know who is walking through the door, creating safety for you and your clients.In order to do your best work, we know that you need a sustainable diary and a balanced caseload. We will work with you to ensure that your client hours are manageable and your caseload grows at a rate that works for you.Our clinicians stick around for a long time - so we are dedicated to supporting career growth and progression. We provide our team members with opportunities to participate in delivering workshops and webinars, group programs, leadership positions and supervisor pathways.Our LocationsLocated in inner north Melbourne, our Ivanhoe clinic is in a beautiful leafy part of town, only 10km from the CBD and directly across the road from the train station.
