This position qualifies for an annual Recruitment Incentive Package up to the value of $10,000 (conditions apply and may be pro-ratad to your contracted or ordinary working hours; payments are made on a fortnightly basis) under the NSW Health Rural Health Workforce Incentive Scheme. This scheme recognises the vital role of key health workers in delivering rural and remote health services and aims to provide incentives beyond award entitlements to attract and retain staff in these areas. Key Responsibilities Manage the Balranald Multi Purpose Service, a modern facility located 100 metres from the Murrumbidgee River. Oversee operational nursing and midwifery service delivery, foster a positive culture, and implement service improvements to achieve quality patient outcomes, sustainable access, and collaboration in healthcare. Lead initiatives to improve service quality and patient outcomes. Receive support from the General Manager District & Remote Health Services to ensure exceptional service delivery.
