Meraki offers many opportunities for career growth in a fun, challenging, and fast-paced environment.ResponsibilitiesDiagnose and troubleshoot wireless, security, switching, phone, and other network-related issues reported by Cisco Meraki customers and partners.Own each networking issue from initial report to resolution.Collaborate with other Support team members to resolve network outages, misconfigurations, and complex issues.Read and analyze packet captures using Wireshark.Work with Engineering and Management to diagnose and resolve critical escalated issues.Contribute to Knowledge Base articles by suggesting, editing, and writing in-depth content.Stay updated on Meraki features and technology through training sessions, team communications, and industry trends.QualificationsThorough understanding of fundamental networking protocols such as TCP, STP, ARP, Ethernet, OSPF, etc.Basic experience with network technologies including firewalls, content filters, routing/switching, VLANs, and wireless networks (802.11a/b/g/n/ac).Previous internship, work, or volunteer experience in a network lab environment is helpful.Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.Eagerness to learn and be a team player.Passion for networking, IT, and helping people.Currently pursuing or holding a B.S. in Computer Networking, Information Technology, or a related field.Additional InformationCisco is an Affirmative Action and Equal Opportunity Employer.
