This role contributes strategic expertise to ICT systems, policies, and service planning to maintain efficient business performance, ensuring current and future ICT needs are met. The role manages ICT operations, providing support to schools, ensuring services and information are readily available to deliver the curriculum and improve student outcomes. Additionally, this role oversees Student Services and Human Resource functions across the campus and drives the positive reputation of the site.As Our Site ICT Manager, You WillDrive Strategic Partnerships - Build relationships with key stakeholders to support ICT requirements, champion infrastructure projects, and provide expert advice on technology options and risksLead a High-Performance Team - Manage and motivate ICT specialists delivering desktop and learning technology support solutions across our large Secondary SchoolOversee Critical Infrastructure - Plan and manage ICT systems, network security, and technology projects while ensuring data integrity, disaster recovery, and compliance with department policiesTransform Business Operations - Develop customer engagement strategies, streamline administrative processes through technology, and align ICT resources with curriculum needsDeliver Technical Excellence - Provide expert-level support for complex server, network, and device issues while maintaining the effective operation of our entire digital ecosystemShape ICT Policy - Establish comprehensive technology policies, contribute to systems planning, and collaborate on business plans that enhance our educational outcomesQualificationsEssential: Nil.Desirable: Qualifications related to Information Technology, ITIL methods or related fields.Special ConditionsThe successful applicant is required to gain a Department for Human Services (DHS) working with children check (WWCC) prior to being employed which is required to be renewed every five years before expiry.
