This is an urgent role with a start date before 1st August 2025.What you will do Manage customer orders in the Company ERP system including updating order and supply accuracy Balance incoming stock (supply volumes) against customer orders Track orders & provide regular status updates to stakeholders Amend orders and allocate stock to meet changing priorities Manage freight including scheduling, DIFOT, cost efficiency, and resolving volume and rejection issues Work closely with stakeholders to support customer requirementsWhat we are looking for Tertiary qualifications in Supply/Logistics/Food Science/Agriculture or related industry experience Well-developed communication and collaboration skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic team environment Outcomes and delivery focus Attention to detail and accuracy Ability to manage competing priorities Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems Structured problem-solving approach Resilient, agile, and able to work extended hours during mango season (September - February)How do your skills match this job?How do your skills match this job?Sign in and update your profile to get insights.Your application will include the following questions:Are you legally entitled to work in Australia?What best describes your working rights in Australia?Do you identify as Aboriginal/Torres Strait Islander?
