It aims to significantly enhance healthcare for all people in Tasmania by creating a more connected and accessible health system, ensuring that all Tasmanians receive the care they need, in the right place, at the right time, ultimately improving health outcomes across the state.*** Please Note: An organisational restructure is currently underway, which may result in some positions being relocated to the Bluegum Digital Health Transformation Program. Further details will be provided during the interview process. ***The Role:The Project Manager drives ICT projects within the Department of Health, aligning them with business goals and ICT strategies. Overseeing project plans, documentation, and communication, the role ensures the successful delivery of Digital Health and ICT solutions into live environments. By collaborating with business units, vendors, and stakeholders, the Project Manager identifies needs, implements change management, and delivers impactful solutions.
