Youll partner closely with operational and senior leadership teams, providing strategic and operational HR support across a large and complex workforce. CBD basedSite-commute: Perth CBD based with regular travel to site (2/3 days per fortnight)FIFO: 5/2/4/3 roster, 12 hour daysKey Responsibilities:Provide generalist HR support across a wide portfolio, including employee relations and case managementCoach and influence business leaders to support people-related decisions and initiativesContribute to change and transformation programs, offering insights and practical solutionsInterpret and apply HR policies, processes and systems with a shared services mindsetLead and support internal HR projects related to continuous improvement and standardisationUse data and analytics to inform decisions and provide insight to key stakeholdersAbout YouYoure a confident, outcomes-driven HR professional with a strong generalist foundation and a passion for supporting people through change. You thrive in complex environments and are comfortable working across multiple stakeholders and projects.To be successful, you will have:Minimum 3 years experience in a Generalist HR role, ideally within the resources or industrial sectorStrong experience in Employee Relations and Case Management this is essentialProven ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships across a matrix environmentHands-on experience supporting change programs at a business levelExcellent influencing and coaching skills with demonstrated leadership capabilitySound understanding of HR systems such as SAP and Workday; strong Excel/data capability is also a mustTertiary qualifications in Human Resources or a related fieldWhats On Offer:Competitive hourly ratesInitial 6 month contract with a strong potential to be extendedFlexible working arrangement with 2 days per week WFH for Perth based roleBe part of a large and supportive HR team in a Tier 1 organisationOpportunities for excellent career development opportunitiesThis role is only open to candidates based locally to Perth and holding full working rights.
