About The Position The Administration Officer will provide high-quality administrative support to GPH and headspace Bega. Key Responsibilities Providing administration support for daily office functions. Collaborating with other administrative staff to ensure effective service delivery. Delivering customer service to young people, their families, and service providers both over the phone and at reception. This full-time, fixed-term position based in Bega runs until 30 June 2026. Full-time staff may enjoy a Rostered Day Off each month. Candidate Requirements Relevant experience in administration within a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Windows and MS Office; ability to learn new IT and clinical systems. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
