Join us to elevate your career and make an impact in global finance.Business Segment OverviewCommercial: Our commercial products and services enable direct client engagement across hedging, risk management, execution, clearing, OTC products, commodity finance, and more.ResponsibilitiesPosition Purpose:As an Assistant Vice President in our Institutional Sales and Execution division, you will lead client relationships and trading across fixed income, derivatives, and commercial commodities. You will develop and maintain key institutional relationships, drive revenue through sophisticated product solutions, and deliver tailored financial solutions to a diverse client portfolio.Primary duties will include:Strategic Client Management & Revenue GenerationManage relationships with key institutional and agricultural clients, serving as their primary contact for trading and investment needsDevelop and implement client coverage strategies to maximize wallet share and strengthen partnershipsIdentify and pursue cross-selling opportunities across product linesDesign tailored financial solutions to generate revenue and meet client objectivesIdentify new business opportunities and collaborate with product specialists for bespoke solutionsTrading ExecutionExecute multi-asset class trades, focusing on commodities, fixed income, and derivativesProvide market insights and guidance on complex derivative structures and risk managementLead pricing negotiations and manage trade lifecycle from origination to settlementManage execution risk and ensure optimal outcomes for clientsBusiness DevelopmentCollaborate with research, product, and risk teams to develop innovative solutionsIdentify market opportunities and develop growth strategiesEnhance the firm''s commodity sector expertise and market positioningRepresent the firm at industry events and client forumsRisk Management & ComplianceEnsure trading activities comply with regulations and internal policiesMonitor client credit and trade exposuresProvide input on risk policies and protocolsQualificationsTo qualify, you will need:Bachelor''s degree; MBA or advanced degree in Finance preferred5+ years in institutional sales, trading, or relationship management, with expertise in fixed income and derivativesProven revenue generation and client relationship skillsKnowledge of agricultural commodities markets and derivativesUnderstanding of fixed income securities, futures, options, and OTC derivativesExcellent communication and relationship skills with senior clientsLeadership experience managing high-performing teamsStrong analytical skills for structuring complex financial solutions#LI-Hybrid #LI-KV1 #J-18808-Ljbffr
