Join or sign in to find your next jobJoin to apply for the Safety Business Partner role at dnata3 days ago Be among the first 25 applicantsJoin to apply for the Safety Business Partner role at dnataOverall Purpose of the PositionAs a Safety Business Partner, your primary responsibility will be to ensure the delivery of a sustainably safe operation by providing effective business partnering and leveraging expertise in Safety, Compliance, Risk Management, and Incident Investigation.You will actively engage with all business streams to address day-to-day operational challenges and foster a culture of safety and accountability throughout the organization.Primary Duties and ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with local leaders to identify and lead safety improvement initiatives.Support health and safety consultative processes within designated locations.Participate in risk assessments to identify, control, and mitigate hazards.Engage with frontline staff to ensure compliance with safety policies and standards.Lead investigations into incidents and near misses, ensuring thorough analysis and follow-up.Develop and implement corrective action plans, supporting leaders in their execution.Manage safety IT systems related to incident reporting, investigation, and audits.Promote a positive safety culture through awareness, engagement, and accountability.Encourage safety reporting and continuous improvement suggestions.Utilize data analytics to identify trends, measure safety performance, and drive improvements.Prepare and present safety reports to management, highlighting key metrics and improvement areas.Desirable CriteriaExperience in Safety within Aviation, Warehousing, Transportation, or Logistics sectors.Additional InformationSeniority Level: Entry levelEmployment Type: Full-timeJob Function: Business Development and SalesIndustries: Airlines and Aviation #J-18808-Ljbffr
