We are a division of TUI, Europe''s largest travel conglomerate.We offer B2B services in Australia, New Zealand and Fiji.The portfolio of specialised services includes FITs, Groups, Shore Excursions & Incentives for both the luxury and moderate/budget market.WHATS IN IT FOR YOUWork within a fun team environment in our Sydney CBD office and from home.Famils to exciting destinations within Australia to keep you up to date with products and services.Position Summary:Reporting to the Groups Manager with day-to-day operational tasks such as:Creating exciting and competitive new Group itineraries for Ad Hoc and Series GroupsKey Responsibilities:All aspects of Group related work such as quoting, booking and operating Group programmes including invoicing and final documentationClear correspondence with clients which ultimately should result in good Sales and conversion of quotesNegotiate rates with suppliersResearch new product for specific programmes when requiredMaintenance of existing Series programmes increasing and reducing room blocks as well as cancellation if necessaryCross check agents` itineraries with our programmes, translation may be requiredCompetencies and Experience Required:Great attention to detailThorough filingFollow up on all quotationsClose communication with Groups Manager to suggest ways to close sales, and keep up to date of progressGood knowledge of Australia as a Travel destinationGood verbal and written communication skills in order to communicate well with clientsGood knowledge of available and suitable Group productGood knowledge of Tourplan NX how to utilise it for PCMs and bookings as well as how to use Database for researchGood organizational and time management abilitiesKeep track of Deadlines and updates to ClientsIntermediate to advanced level of Microsoft Office competencyPlease send your CV to travel@aptc.com.au.Job Type: Full-timePay: $80,000.00 $90,000.00 per yearWork from homeWork Authorisation:Australia (Required)Work Location: Hybrid remote in Sydney NSW 2000Tips: Provide a summary of the role, what success in the position looks like, and how this role fits into the organization overall.Responsibilities(Be specific when describing each of the responsibilities.
