To assist with our companies growth we require a Principal Structural Design Engineer to provide technical expertise for the development of infrastructure for substations. You will work closely with other engineers, designers and clients across a range of crucial projects where you will contribute to the successful delivery of structural design requirements of substations, transport and civil structures, steel/concrete buildings and transmission infrastructure.As a key member of the engineering team, you will enjoy mentoring and supporting a team of structural engineers including graduates.About YouDesired Skills and ExperienceTo Be Successful In This Role, You Will PossessTertiary qualifications in Structural EngineeringMinimum of 10+ years experience in a similar Principal Structural Engineer position within renewables or utilitiesStrong working knowledge and understanding of Australian guidelines and standardsOutstanding communication skills, with the ability to work with a variety of stakeholders and mentor graduates and engineersProficient in SPACE GASS, PLS-CADD/PLS POLE and other structural toolsDemonstrated recent experience working within utilities or renewable energy design projectsWhy Join Us?At CPP our people are our most important asset.
