To thrive here, you should ideally have:Retail management experience - desirable.The ability to lead by example and deliver top-tier customer service.A natural ability to motivate and inspire your team.Skills in training, driving floor sales, and achieving results.Experience in visual merchandising, stock control, health and safety, and store security.We are excited to consider candidates with mechanical experience, though its not a requirement.
