They focus on areas with unmet medical needs, aiming to reduce the social and economic burden of disease.ResponsibilitiesWhat you will be doing:Supporting the preparation of submission packages (IRB/ERC, regulatory agencies)Trial and site administration: tracking and updating study metricsSetup and maintenance of TMF/eTMF, document collection, and quality checksLiaising with clinical sites and internal/external stakeholdersCoordinating drug supply planning, provision, destruction processes, and management of trial equipment and materialsManaging vendor activities such as printing, translation, and other vendor relationsDistributing site materials and equipmentOrganizing meetingsQualificationsYou Are:Experienced in clinical trials (pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry or investigative site)BS/BA or equivalent preferredKnowledge of Australian study start-up processesDetail-oriented, passionate, and reliableBasic understanding of Essential Documents, CFR, and GCP/ICHProficient with technological systems (Microsoft Office, TMF, CTMS)What ICON can offer you:Our success depends on the quality of our people.
