Our team is growing fast, and were looking for a talented Senior Business Director to join the momentum.Youll partner closely with our Group Business Director to build genuine, trusted and respected relationships with key Bullfrog team members and your clients, ensuring projects run smoothly, effectively, profitably - and to the highest possible standards. You champion the processes, rhythms and rituals that sets everyone up with their best chance of success.A DAY IN THE LIFE:Have a deep understanding of our client''s business, including knowledge of industry and category insights and trends.Responsible for kick-starting projects and driving them forward to ensure theyre delivered on time, on budget and to the clients expectations (and Bullfrog standards).Build effective working relationships with key external and internal stakeholders.Understanding the creative context and ensuring the work is on brief and will meet the clients expectations.In conjunction with the planner/manager, is able to develop briefs and effectively brief in and manage the team executing the work.Youll have the experience to critique creative and to understand whether its on brief before presenting to the client and ensure that rationale is provided to justify why weve chosen a specific approach.Understands how best to present the agencys work to the client and helps to facilitate this by introducing the work and setting the tone for the creative as well we wrapping the presentation with rationale and clear next steps.Ability to follow through and ensure all client feedback is addressed and to drive the project forward.Is responsible for the smooth running of their projects ensuring that all projects have a brief, timeline and are accounted for either against the retainer or have an approved estimate before work commences.Creates the best possible working environment in which to produce best-in-class solutionsIs responsible for ensuring that their teams have the right time and resources to deliver this, within the clients time frame. This means ensuring their projects are resourced correctly (resources scheduled in Streamtime).Has the ability to effectively keep their team members across the status of their projects and can foresee blockers and dependencies and flag/escalate these ahead of time.Manage resourcing for projects against whats been signed off - either the retained hours or the OOS estimate.Effectively track the time of the Bullfrog team to ensure that projects are run efficiently (not overburning on hours against the retainer/estimate).Identify where there is potential of scope creep and advise their manager and flag with the client where required.Ability to scope smaller projects and tasks and have these checked off with your manager before sending estimates to client.Manage the estimate approval process with your clients and ensure estimates are approved in Streamtime (ready for invoicing) and resources confirmed before the project progresses.ROLE REQUIREMENTS8-10+ years managing client relationships across teams within the advertising industry.Exceptional leadership, strategic thinking, and communication skills.Ability to bridge the gap between technical capabilities and creative execution.Laser-focused attention to detail.Commercial mindset with proven business acumen experience.BUT, WHAT ABOUT THE PEOPLE?Bullfrog from our inception only five years ago, was built with one core belief, great people, do great work.
