The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in facility and property management, with deep experience in residential and commercial property leasing, sales, and servicing. This role demands a high-performing executive with a customer-centric mindset, operational excellence, and an ability to optimize asset value across a diverse property portfolio.This is a pivotal leadership position, responsible for overseeing the operational strategy, business performance, and service delivery of our property division. Construction and property development backgrounds are not aligned with the focus of this role.The ideal candidate is a results-driven operator and strategic thinker, focused on delivering service excellence, optimizing property assets, and enhancing revenue through operational efficiency.
