They will be responsible for maintaining the standard of work from employees as well as onboarding and hiring new team members.About the Role:The General Manager will be responsible for leading the company''s strategic direction, with a focus on commercial growth, people leadership and operational excellence. Reporting directly to the founder, the General Manager will lead the leadership team, drive profitability, manage risks and ensure continuous innovation across the business. The General Manager will oversee a wide range of departments, including commercial performance across all channels (Retail, Marketing, Customer Service & Dispatch, Production, Design and People & Culture).
