Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience talk with your recruiter to learn more.Base pay rangeA$130,000.00/yr - A$160,000.00/yrDirect message the job poster from Proclinical StaffingSenior Consultant - Clinical Operations - ProclinicalProclinical is seeking a high performing General Manager to oversee and lead the operations of a clinic network.Responsibilities:Manage daily clinic operations to ensure efficiency, compliance and exceptional service delivery.Lead and manage multidisciplinary teams fostering a high-performance culture.Oversee financial management including budgeting and cost controlSupport business growth strategy.Collaborate with marketing for brand alignment and patient engagement.Stakeholder engagement and represent the clinic in external forums.Requirements:Proven experience in healthcare operations or management, particularly in telehealth.Strong financial knowledge and budget management skills.Excellent leadership skills with hands-on execution capability.Commercial acumen and understanding of healthcare revenue models.Strong Strategic thinking with a data-driven mindset.Full time and permanent position.
