Fractional CFO/COOWe''re Hiring: Fractional CFO/COO (12 Days/Week or 1520 Hours/Month)Remote | Flexible | Paid + EquityFayshell is a fast-growing, membership-based skin clinic brand on a mission to make skin health as routine as hair or nails. Weve got two thriving clinics, backing from great investors, and a skincare line (Skimchi) on the way and were now entering a big growth phase.Weve just rolled out a new business model, launched high-margin laser treatments, and are building out the team and structure to scale. Thats where you come in.Were looking for a commercially-minded Fractional CFO/COO to help tighten up our financial strategy, support and improve out day-to-day operations, and mentor our emerging leadership team as we grow. Its a flexible, part-time role (roughly 12 days/week), paid hourly with a small equity component.What Youll Be AcrossFinance StrategyOwn budgeting, forecasting, and cash flowHelp refine board and investor reporting (monthly cadence)Liaise with our bookkeeper to keep the numbers clean and accurateResponsible for all pricing/margin analysisOperational OversightSpot gaps and suggest improvements across daily opsHelp shape org structure and clarify team roles as we growBuild simple systems and dashboards for reporting and accountabilityTeam Support & Strategic InputBe a steady presence and sounding board for the leadership teamMentor our up-and-coming ops lead (currently our store manager)Keep the big picture in mind without getting lost in the weedsHelp plan allocation of capital and resources to fuel growthWho You AreA sharp operator or ex-consultant whos worked with startups or scale-ups (preferably 5+ years of experience)Strategic, calm, and pragmatic especially when things get messySomeone who genuinely enjoys mentoring and building capabilityComfortable working independently, async, and without hand-holdingTime & LocationAround 12 days/week (or 1520 hours/month)Mostly remote, but you''re welcome to join us in our Neutral Bay office if localHourly pay + small equity component (vesting or milestone-based)Reporting StructureThis is a founder-facing role.
