The Capital Structuring division focuses on structuring capital solutions for clients. The Private Equity Financing (PEF) team originates, structures, arranges, and underwrites senior debt in support of both Private Equity and leveraged corporate-backed companies.Do work that mattersThe core purpose of PEF is to be the preferred provider and thought leader in the delivery of innovative capital solutions to our clients. We target private equity clients and corporate clients across all the IB&M ecosystems and the Major Client Group, in Business Banking. You will be involved in the end-to-end execution of transactions and contribute to IB&Ms strategy to be the bank of choice for access to capital.As the Associate Director you will support the Director in key tasks which include but not be limited to:Identifying opportunities to develop and deliver the Bank''s strategy, expand the client base, and meet client needs.Working to identify target companies suitable for leveraged finance transactions.Assisting in developing client-focused presentations (including marketing pitches, relationship reviews, and discussion papers).Interfacing with clients, Relationship Executives, and product specialists on origination, structuring, marketing, new product implementation, problem resolution, and client service issues.Assisting with and/or leading the structuring of new leveraged facilities both internally and with clients.Undertaking structured credit modelling of leveraged finance transactions.Completing input for annual reviews and new credit submissions.Reviewing facility documentation (offer letters, facility agreements).Analysis and reporting on the IB&M leveraged finance portfolio.Post Deal Management of executed leveraged finance transactions.Supporting the development of Associates and/or Senior AssociatesWere interested in hearing from people whoAre committed candidates, seeking to build on a strong foundation of institutional banking experience, lending products and services or capital structuring experience.
