Our goal is to work together to achieve together by using our resources wisely.The Role:We are offering a casual opportunities for a dedicated Personal Care Workers to join our facility based in Waverley in the wonderful Eastern Suburbs of Sydney.Personal Care Workers contribute to resident comfort and quality of life by providing safe, high-quality care in accordance with each resident''s care plan.It is essential that you understand the residential aged care environment and standards and have a high level of empathy and compassion for our residents.What you will do:The Personal Care Worker is responsible for ensuring:Personal care is provided in accordance with each residents needs and preferences such as personal hygiene, continence care, mobility, eating & drinking etc.Clinical Care such as medication support, basic dressings, and wound care, measuring vital signs etcSocial and recreational support such as assisting residents'' family and visitors, and assisting residents attending activities.Domestic services such as cleaning and serving meals,Assessment and care planning such as completing care documentation, including progress notes and daily chartsWho are you and what will you bring?Minimum Cert III in Aged Care or equivalentExperience in providing daily care and activities to clientsCurrently hold and maintain an NDIS Worker Clearance (or willing to obtain)Please note - Covid Vaccinations are NO longer a requirementBe passionate about delivering a person-centered approach to careDemonstrate strong verbal and written communication skillsInterested?
