Are you vigilant and able to resolve conflict to deal with practical issues to support others and achieve outcomes?Additional attributes we are looking for include:Prior experience and knowledge in supporting individuals with mental health needs, and managing challenging behaviours.Demonstrates patience, emotional resilience, effective listening skills, with adaptable communication techniques and cultural considerationsStrong ability to advocate for others and develop sustainable support networks.Capable of making a positive impact both independently and as part of a team to achieve common goals.Resilient, with the ability to adapt to challenges and remain focused under pressureProficient in using IT systems on both computer and mobile platforms.About the RoleWe assist & support individuals (consumers) in their own homes and community to develop skills and abilities to gain independence to complete day to day tasks. Our goal is to enable rather than do, to promote independence, development and confidence of the individuals.
