Our Loddon Mallee South Home Care program is expanding, and were looking for compassionate, reliable, and community-minded individuals to join our team in the roles of:Home Care WorkerHome Care Domestic Support WorkerThese roles offer meaningful work and the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of people across Castlemaine, Maryborough and surrounding communities.About the RolePart-time positions available (minimum 10 hours per week)Ideally available during the day on at least three weekdaysTravel between clients homes is required to deliver personalised care and supportLocal work supporting clients in their own homesBe part of a supportive and inclusive team environmentIf youre passionate about helping older people live independently, and you bring compassion, respect, and a person-centred approach to your workwed love to hear from you.Key ResponsibilitiesIn both roles, youll support clients in their homes, with responsibilities tailored to individual needs.Home Care Domestic SupportThis role may include:Carrying out general household tasks such as vacuuming, mopping, laundry, and tidyingPreparing light meals and supporting safe food storageMaintaining hygiene in kitchens, bathrooms, and shared spacesProviding social support or transport to appointments and community activitiesMonitoring clients wellbeing and reporting any concernsSupporting clients in line with their individual preferences, cultural background, and valuesHelping ensure the clients home environment is clean, safe, and comfortableHome Care WorkerThis qualified role includes all of the responsibilities listed above, with the addition of:Assisting with personal care tasks such as showering, grooming, and mobility supportFor the full list of responsibilities, please refer to the position description below.What Were Looking ForWere seeking individuals who are passionate about supporting older people to live independently at home.
