We provide a nurturing environment where students are encouraged to develop their God-given talents and prepare for lives of leadership and service.The roleCREST Education has an opportunity for a Violin/Viola Tutor to join its Performing Arts team on a casual basis.The successful candidate will have:The successful applicant will deliver high-quality private violin and/or viola lessons, typically eight per term per student or group. Additional lessons may be scheduled in consultation with the Director of Performing Arts. You will be expected to:Plan and deliver well-structured, engaging lessons tailored to each students level and learning needsSequence skills and concepts to support musical developmentDifferentiate instruction for students with disabilities or special learning needsMaintain a respectful and positive learning environmentAccurately record attendance and lesson plansProvide timely, constructive feedback and maintain student assessment recordsCommunicate student progress and any concerns in line with College policiesUphold professional standards and continually review and improve your teaching practiceStrong commitment to Christian values and the mission of CREST Education.Excellent organisational and time-management skills.Superior written and verbal communication skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.CREST Education is a child safe employer and is committed to the welfare of children and their protection.
