It is the first and the last point of contact for our incredible clients life-changing experiences.In this role, you manage all admin and reception tasks calmly and confidently. You provide a steady and reassuring presence to both our clients and our team by communicating calmly and clearly throughout the client management process as well as running an efficient and well-organized appointment scheduling system. You strive to go above and beyond to really wow the client throughout the process.In the team, you play a valued role in creating a positive and forward-focused culture, supporting and looking out for your colleagues when they are in need.About YouYoure motivated by the chance to help, make a real difference, and transform peoples lives.Youd describe yourself as a bit of a perfectionist, a good judge of situations, and at thinking on your feet.
