You will have a chance to make a real difference to your local communities and to the lives of those you work with.About the roleThe Catering Relief Instructor will provide relief assistance to manage, organise and control aspects of, and operate in, the kitchens, food processing and bakery industries, to maintain routine of the area while an officer is absent and/or on leave, to support prison operations.
