Accommodation and meals provided.The OpportunityBe part of an iconic project working with fantastic stakeholders. We seek a dedicated Service Desk Technician to join our on-site team in Tumut. This role offers the chance to make a significant impact while enjoying camp accommodation and allowances from Monday to Thursday.As a Service Desk Technician at ACCIONA, you will provide second-level support for computer systems, operating systems, applications, and mobile services. You will manage ICT incidents and service requests, ensure efficient hardware and software setup, and collaborate with local and global ICT teams to support end-users.Key Responsibilities:Incident Management: Support ICT incidents and requests using ServiceNow.Hardware & Software Support: Install and configure hardware, software (especially Microsoft products), and peripherals.Ticket Management: Monitor and prioritize requests to meet SLAs.Documentation: Record clear notes in ServiceNow and update Knowledge Base articles as needed.Required Skills and CompetenciesExperience in a Level 2 support role within a large matrix organization.Proficiency in supporting mobile devices (iOS and Android) and Office 365 applications.Knowledge of PC hardware, including printers and scanners.Excellent communication skills for stakeholder interaction and support.ACCIONA has received Top Employer certifications for 2022-2025 in Australia, demonstrating our commitment to HR excellence and putting our people first.
