We have opportunities for Home Care Support Workers to join our Community Services Team and assist our Aged Care Clients in the Chinchilla, Tara, Miles, Jandowae, and Meandarra communities. Working closely with our Home Care Manager and Care Partners, Support Workers provide domestic assistance and/or personal support services, enabling clients to be more independent at home and in the community.
