You will take the lead in designing and delivering educational programs that support the overall wellbeing, development, and learning of children in your care.Key Responsibilities:Ensure a high level of health & safety standards are maintained at all timesCreate, develop and implement high quality and engaging educational programsFacilitate play-based learning environments that are responsive to childrens interest, strengths, and abilitiesObserving and documenting children''s progress and developmentFostering positive relationships with children, families and the communityDevelop and participate in a variety of community projects and initiativesBe part of a collaborative teaching and interactive learning environmentAbout you:You are an enthusiastic and inspired Early Childhood Teacher with a passion for leading the development of high-quality, age-appropriate programs and engaging daily routines that spark a lifelong love of learning in young children.
