Part time, 45.6 hours per fortnight located in EsperanceCompetitive Salary: $32.21 - $35.14 p/hr + $1.01 p/hr regional allowanceSalary sacrifice benefitsHOPE has been a community service in Western Australia for over a century, providing much needed support to people affected by alcohol and other drugs, mental ill-health, youth justice issues and socioeconomic disadvantage.We have an exciting opportunity for a receptionistto join the headspace Esperance team!About the OpportunityThe receptionist is responsible for a wide range of general administration reception duties in the headspace Esperance office.Requirements of the Role:Provide a friendly and welcoming reception service to young people, and their family, friends, and carers.Provide administration support to the headspace Esperance teamProvide assistance with events.Make client appointments with headspace staff and on-site consortium partners.Collect, record and distribute incoming mail and send outgoing mail.Receive, redirect, and respond to emails and phone calls.Purchase stationery, photocopier supplies and sundries, and ensure there is sufficient stock.Prepare documents including filing-, photocopying, binding, laminating, and shredding.About you:Commitment to upholding HOPEs vision, mission and values.Demonstrated strong organisational skills and the ability to manage time effectively.
