Ensure all kitchen areas are clean and comply with food hygiene standards. Monitor ingredient stock and communicate shortages promptly. Collaborate with team members to maintain smooth kitchen operations. Comply with all Health & Safety regulations. Ability to guide newer cooks/staff when needed in the future. Learn and suggest new recipes when required.What Were Looking For Experience cooking in a fast-paced kitchen, preferably with Chinese/Asian cuisine. Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining food quality. Availability for evening and weekend shifts. A proactive attitude and a sense of workplace responsibility with a commitment to learning and growth. Certifications in Food Handling or willingness to complete one.Suitable For Individuals with kitchen health & safety training and cookery training. Individuals exploring culinary pathways, particularly Asian cookery. Cooks looking to specialize in Chinese-Australian cuisine.
